    Description

      3.6.0 release has a strange source-release.zip content
      see https://github.com/jvm-repo-rebuild/reproducible-central/blob/master/content/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-javadoc-plugin/README.md

      it contains 2 unexpected files:

      we need to clarify how this happened and make sure next release does not suffer from same issue
